My paypal account is limited now and I cannot do anything, I have already sent my information 3 times, but they keep asking for it every time This is a business account and not a personal account to do this every time, everything stops now in my business and I need to pay for a lot of things what I have to do

If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
