Account limitation

Hello mam this is to inform you that my account has been limited without any mentioned reason, I am just shocked to see this message as I have been a long term customer of PayPal services and I have been completely loyal and honest towards paypal in the best way but this thing really hurts to see that paypal isn't caring for us and just limited the account without checking or asking anything from me, if it would have asked I would have 100% submitted anything required by PayPal, I don't see any real reason which has caused my account to get limited, please I humbly request to the PayPal head who will be attending my request to please look forward to my account and help it get active, I will be very grateful to you.
