Account limitation

Hi. My account was temporarily limited more than 2 years ago and I submitted all the papers (Proof of address & Card confirmation) requested by PP. And till now I have (Submitted) notification at the resolution center. No one contacted me.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you. I send them a private message via their twitter account. Hope they will reply this year if they do reply messages.
