Account limitation

Dear PayPal, I have a challenge with my PayPal account for a couple of days now. I cannot receive money from someone. I cannot also withdraw money from my account. I had an account limitation ,which I I manage to fill all steps including letter of Authorization. Its approaching 2months now without any help. I have contacted you through all your website without success. I will appreciate your timely response.
