Account limitation

Hello, About a month ago, a limitation was put on my account. I called an agent and provided the right documents to confirm everything. She told me I would get a response within 48 hours.. it has now been almost 2 weeks. Every time I go to log in, I get a notification saying “ There seems to be a problem with your account.” Every time I go to click “make sure you resolve it to have full access to your account again” it refreshes and the same message pops up. I have tried calling but there is a 9 hour wait time/emailed, no response. All my payments keep getting declined and I need to withdraw the money in my account. Please, does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Hello, Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I don’t have Facebook. I have tried through twitter and they keep saying they will escalate it to a specialist and still haven’t heard anything 😕
