I changed the password and asked security questions as requested. When I ask to verify the account, the error, then I go to the resolution center page, the page has the option to send ID, Im sending but when I return to the resolution center page is still saying that is waiting for my submission, i do not have a confirmation that it was sent. I talked to paypal in chat and was told I had nothing to do.@
