Account limitation

My account got limited for suspicious bank behaviour when I never even linked a bank account? Now I know this is stupid of me but I created this PayPal with a fake name (I don't like sharing my real data and didn't know how important this actually is please don't go too hard on me I know it's my fault.) I can't even get my account back because it is asking me for proof. I'm a poor student I just want the $20 on my account back.

Log into your real PayPal account and then do the following to contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep if you're in the USA.
