Account limitation

My account has been limited and I need To speak with someone other than the robots in Manila. I call in and they don’t understand a thing. How can I talk to someone here in the US?? I’m about ready to file a complaint with the Attorney General in Florida! How can I speak to someone in escalations?

If its a permanent limitation then nothing you can do except paypal allow you to withdraw funds post 180 days.

If its temporary then there should be options in the resolution centre for you to resolve any issues.
