I'm Modestas from Lithuania. So my account is limited right now and I can't do anything with my money. My balance is 200$ and I want to withdraw them, but I can't. I really need them for my car license. I have sent all the documents (my home address, phone number, passport) but I didn't get any response from PayPal like a week. When I'm called to PayPal, random girl answers and says that she can't do anything because the system did it. Why you need to hold my money for 180 days, no one does that in any banks, what the hell? I don't understand why paypal is ignoring me. I'm angry and i don't use any ebays, i dont have any reputation, i dont sell anything, just getting money from website called "bitskins" and i'm withdrawing my money from it to my bank!
