Account limitation

I can't access my account by getting the limitation lifted.. Cause I'm being asked to confirm 3 cards I have linked to my account. 3 of which are no longer active so therefore they cant run any charges. Also I've got no way to provide any statements. The address of which they were mailed to is not my address I don't live there anymore. And I lost my o Home 3 weeks ago to a house fire. Anything and everything I need for this I couldn't provide it if I wanted to. Pay pal doesn't seem to understand that they don't care and they don't care I lost everything and that I need this money desperately. I can't find how to access my prepaid paypal card history either to provide transaction

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
