PayPal limited my account on the ground that there was a significant changes made on my account and they was nothing of such. Please I want PayPal to remove the limitation from my account so as to have access to my fund
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
