Account limitation

my account has been limited for 2 month, i provided all the info needed to remove the limitations and they recieved all of them but they have yet to remove the limitation or contact me about it, its been a month and a half and i cant find a way to get my account to work and everytime i try to get help from an agent, they are always buys. i have funds that i need to use ASAP but there is no way out

If you have provided all the requested information but the limitation has not been removed, it could either mean that the limitation has been placed permanently, or that we need more information from you o resolve the matter. In both cases, you would have received an email update with more information. If you've been requested to provide more information, you can log into your Resolution Centre and provide the requested documents.
