It is just sad I spent a months developing a mobile application for a client. few days agpo my client sent me an advance payment after sending him a payment request. but due to his bank online transaction limitation, he sent broke down the payment into 3 payments and sent it. now my account is limited i cannot withdraw my money which i also need to pay for development tools.
I cannot reach any paypal staff, and even after submitting my documents, i have to wait for 5 days to be verified? why is it taking so long? i cant call and get a paypal customer service available, emails not responded...
I am disappointed😡
