Hi,
I need some advise how can I solve a problem with Paypal. My account is limited and after 180 days of waiting till the I can withdraw my funds I discovered that that Paypal transfered money to their own account and this was the Note$1,017.37 USD;PayPal Posting Date:Feb 21, 2020;Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation.
There is no explanation on what kind of damages, just whole paypal balance was transferred to Paypal.
Any advise from anyone?
