Account limitation

In October, my credit card was stolen, so PayPal put my account on limited. I followed all the steps, and the only step that won't complete when I do it, is confirm new card. I put my new card info in, it's in the drop down menu. When I click the new card, it opens a screen to see all the card info. It gives me the option to make it my preferred payment(which it is), but has no other options for me to click, so when exit out of the screen with the card info, i'm still limited. I've ignored the problem until now, but it's causing issues for me at the moment.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
