Account limitation

An account limitation was put on my account about 3 weeks ago. I managed to reach an agent and provided the right documents to verify my account, I was told I would receive an email after 48 hours to let me know my account will be back up but it’s been almost a week and still nothing! All I am seeing is There seems to be a problem with your account.‘ all my payments keep getting declined and I need to withdraw my money. I have tried calling, but there is a 9 hour wait, which is ridiculous. They haven’t responded to my emails, instant chat! HELP PLEASE! Does anyone know what I can do?
