Account limitation

I received an email saying that my account has been limited. 3 weeks ago, they had asked for my proof of identity and proof of address which i uploaded. PayPal said they'd get back to me 2-3 business days and they didn't. And now, my account has been limited yet I never received any response from them. I have gone to the resolution center but have not seen anywhere i can try to resolve this issue. I'm stuck as i had already sent in the documents 3 weeks ago and support never responded and now they've just limited my account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
