Account limitation

My eBay account was hacked and i apparently sold an item which I never did...although this has been resolved, PayPal, because of the disputed payment have limited my account asking for proof of receipt for selling goods.....how can I prove this when I never even sold anything?!? And also uploading a picture of my driver's license isn't worthy either.... Any help please peeps

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
