Hello, I have received your message about the limitation that said "We reviewed the information you provided for Reference ID - PP-008-461-794-891 and have removed the limitation placed. You’ll now be able to access any feature that was limited before."
But the limitation is still not removed, the balance still can not be used now.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
