Account limitation - requesting documentation for a linked credit card that was cancelled long ago

Hello @PayPal,

My account has been "limited" due to unauthorized access with a credit card that was linked to my account a while ago. This credit card, because of the unauthorized activity, has been cancelled almost 1 year ago. Yet the "resolution" requested is to provide an actual statement from this credit card (to prove ownership)  - which I'm obviously unable to do.

There are funds in my account that to some people seem trivial, but which to me, due to my current situation,  are significant (I need them to pay house and hospital bills).

I've been in this impasse for several months.

Customer Service's telephone queue has been infinite every time I called. Never had a chance to talk to a live agent.

The online "Message us" queue is disappointing too - it redirects to the same "account limitation" request that I'm unable to resolve.

Seems that PayPal is deaf if our situations don't match their scenarios.

Short of plastering PayPal on social media - Any help/advice, please.
