Hello! My account has been limited and ive been asked for proof of identity which i have provided and proof of address. However i do not have proof of address since i live with my parents and no document or bill is addressed to me. What can i do now i cant access my money for more than 2 weeks now. Please help
Then write a letter explaining why you can't provide proof of address, pdf it and upload to the case.
Hope you're over 18 years of age because you have to be 18 to get PayPal account and when people say their utility bill is under their parents' name it's "oh boy, maybe not over 18 years old yet." 🙂
