Account limitation problem

Hi, few days ago I was asked to verify my identity, and so I did I provided my ID and proof of address and also some business information, they all got a green check mark so I am guessing they were approved, the problem is now that it asks me to "Verify your PayPal account using your bank account" as a last requirement, but my bank is already confirmed and verified already! When i click on "next" button it just get's me to my wallet page?? What should I do? So it's like this: 

 Confirm bank account. ( then i click "next" and it just gets me to my wallet page nothing happening)

Are you sure you confirmed it with the 4 digit code sent to your bank statement when you added it to your paypal account?

If so then you would need to ask customer services why they are asking you again..........

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
