I have been trying to remove a limitation from my account for weeks now and it simply cannot be done, when i click to resolve it, it gives me no further steps I can take. I just want to have my account back - my bank account was hacked a few weeks ago and that is the reason, but I have resolved every issue with my bank and what was effected by it, but paypal will not let me fix it
