Account limitation problem and identity confirmation
Paypall limited my account immediately i received money.Everything was well put but later when i went to withdraw,they could not allow me.Now thats not the only problem,they wanted me to provide some document,i submitted all but the confirm identity tab when i click,it brings an errror saying"We cant confirm thi is you"Its now a week,i have contacted them with no help.My case ID PP-L-273039911237.I had to refund the money back to the sender until the problem is solved
