Account limitation nightmares

I have tried to lift the account limit on our local riding club PayPal account and they keep sending me emails asking for a driving licence - they are not understanding that it’s a club - it cannot drive! Nor is it a business! Been on hold to the helpline for 49 minutes now and nobody is assisting - unless I want to speak to a robot rather than a human

If its not a business then why do you have a business account?

If its a personal or sole trader account then that individual needs to provide the documentation requested.
