Account limitation/ identification info

My account was limited and I was asked to provide identification info, I got in touch with a member of staff (FranceMarie) and explained the situation with my passport as I’m still waiting for it to arrive and it could be over a 6 weeks wait until it arrives but I was told I could alternatively use other information I have (e.g.: birth certificates, bank statements, gov letters, etc) I uploaded the documents she said were okay to use to confirm my identity yesterday but they were declined today. Where else can I show this info? There isn’t an option for other documentation where you submit them. Is there a member of staff I can email this information to so they can pass it on? I simply can’t wait possibly over 6 weeks to have access to my money, I have a small business and it’s my only source of income because of COVID. Please help! This is so stressful 😞
