The United Kingdom. I had some problems activating my email but when i transfered some money from my eur account to my gbp account, those money were put on hold and i got an account limitation. To lift up the limitation i need to send a photo id, provide information on account activity and provide proof of fulfilment. I can provide the last 2 but can't provide a photo with a photo id.
