Account limitation documents

I am not a seller and PayPal is requiring my bank statement, why? I was able to call and get them to remove the requirement for the suppliers receipt, but I keep getting hung up on when I ask why they need my bank statement.

They would need a bank statement or credit card/cell phone/utility bill to verify your mailing address typically.

What kind of documentation can I provide to remove my account limitation?
