Hello!
I am an international student studying in Australia and living on campus, in a university-organised accommodation/college. My account has been suspended because I have been unable to verify my account. The documents they require as an utility bill or council rates within the last 3 months, or a tax returns form from the last 12 months.
I do not have any of these documents - all I have is the accomodation lease contract issued at the start of the year (as all utilise and taxes are covered in that start-of-year payment). I do not have any other documents that can verify my address in Australia (location of my "business").
I have tried contacting PayPal many times explaining my situation, to no avail. Please advise me on what to do next!
