Account limitataion

My account has been limited and i have no right to refund back the money sent. Any activity can only be dine after 180days.please help

File a complaint to get your account open. They doing it to everybody.

If your buyer files a dispute and wins then any funds in your balance that are owed to them will be returned to them without you having to issue a refund.

If there are no funds in your balance then paypal would repay them under their buyer protection policy so you don't need to worry about them not getting a refund.
