Account limit

Hi, I'm having issues using my account after reporting an unauthorized purchase. It's been on going since May and the support is still not done reviewing my profile. Is it possible to create a different account in the mean time? I can't withdraw funds using my PayPal at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear about the account limitation. It is not permitted to open an account to use PayPal while you have a limitation. Please reach out to customer service to inquire about the status of the review.
