ok i just set up my pay pal account, and when trying to verify my card for the account some thing went wrong, I paid the fee to get a code today, I tried to put in the code, and put in the wrong thing, now its saying I'm not allowed to use pay pal anymore, how do i fix this and get the money from the account?
