Hello, When I tried to chat in the message center the chat-bot replied with two different PayPal case id numbers. But resolution center I only see Reference ID: PP-008-182-074-806, there is no Reference ID: PP-007-284-605-443 in the resolution center. I guess this is a glitch in the PayPal system and needs to be fixed.
