I asked here to help a while ago. After that, I figured out some important facts. I sold a laptop and a customer applied for an issue refund and was reselling it under their own account. I sent a message that I would be held legally responsible immediately and the eBay Refund was cancelled. However, my PayPal account is still permanently suspended. I have all the evidence too. However, it is a company policy even if i contact PayPal. It only answers. What should I do?
