Account is limited

My account has been limited, I completed the form and it says it's resolved, I follow the link to the dashboard and it says that it's limited again.
I've appealed to support, but I only get a robot reply.
The robot on facebook told me to post here.

My account is limited as well, i am writting to PayPal for a month now and all i get is the same robot reply. Before email were signed by two different people, one said it is all OK, another said i still need to show documents i have showed all proofs i have. I can not contact customer service, i do not know what to do?

Problem is fixed for me now, just got an email to say it's been verified. I can only guess someone saw this post and finalized it.
