Hey guys, my account Paypal is limited and I have to upload my photo ID and my debit/credit card to resolve the issue. I did upload my photo ID but not debit/credit card because I don't own any card yet. I need to link my bank account which I don't have too. Someone is sending money through paypal but there's no way. What can I do? I really need help this is stressing me out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
