Account is limited, withdraw impossible !

Respected, Becouse my account is premanently limited, but I have still 105$ on my balance, and I would to withdraw money on my linked credit card. Due to limitation I'm not able to do it! In other case, I will have to sue Paypal for breaking law ! Any help or suggestion ?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
