Hello all
I received this email "Your PayPal account is temporarily limited" 18 APR and tried to resolve the problem by providing an address proof as required , first proof was declined then I uploaded another one and it seems to be stuck on "Submitted for review" status since then .
I tried to send messages , contact paypal account on twitter but to no avail .
Please some one at least reject my proof so I can try again or please remove limitations
by the way I have a pending transaction "withdrawal to my cc"
