I've been limited for many months now and I'm finally doing something about it. Everything that PayPal tells me to do doesn't work. As you can see, there is supposedly nothing wrong in the Resolution Center (See Pic. 2), but I get hints to something being wrong whenever I try to do basic functions like send money or make transactions. I am getting really fed up with PayPal not even having a real person I can talk to over the phone.
