Account is highly restricted

I am not able to add new email it shows account is highly restricted... How can I solve this

I am sorry about your issue. In general, it may happen that when your account is highly limited some features are not available. I would suggest resolving the limitation by completing the steps available in your Resolution Centre and then, adding the new email address.
