Hi, i'm Ersin and i'm having problems with my account. I have a different name on my PayPal and that's a name my friends call me. So i can't confirm my identity because of this. And i have no idea how to explain this to PayPal, i have already sent my ID-Card and a letter i received where my address is written on. PayPal declined these documents and said it wasn't the name that's registered on my PayPal. Yet my First and Last Name are both included in my E-Mail. Please help me because i got bills to pay and can't get ahold of my money.
