Folks,
I manage an account on behalf of a community group. im having issues withdrawing the funds in the account to the attached bank account because it states they need further information. i have uploaded my driving licence, but now im being asked to upload a business number and an authorisation letter. The community group doesnt have this information as it is not a business nor does it have a business number, do you have any idea how i can bypass this in order to complete the new setup and withdraw the funds to the bank account?
