Our account has been limited, and we can't find out why or how to resolve it


We have sent a number of messages through the message centre, but none have been replied to, it's been a few days now


When phoning, we are told that this type of enquiry can't be dealt with over the phone, and to instead contact via the message centre, but all message centre contact is being ignored


We've been live for a few months now and aren't doing anything different


Can anyone help?
