Account hacked

Hello,

My paypal account has been used to make two payments overnight and they are pending on my bank statement but not on my paypal account. Can Paypal tell me of they were made in my name or not? Will they have access to that information?

Click on any unauthorised transactions in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom to report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.

I hope you changed your password and security questions?
I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer?

Also inform customer services.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
