My account got hacked and the hacker sent money via Friends and Family. I disputed it immediately via the Resolution center. The case was closed mere hours later as "Transaction not covered". "Transactions not refunded" WHAT? This is obvious NOT AUTHORIZED. Do I have to wait till the charge clears my credit card and then dispute it through them?
