Account gone - no answers

I'm hoping someone can help me here. I woke up the other day with an email from paypal saying I'm no longer allowed to use paypals services any longer and that my money would be frozen for 6 months. 

 

I never got a single warning.

 

I've been a loyal customer for 7 years. 

 

I have a business account and run a digital marketing agency selling basic every day services.

 

I've tried emailing, contacting support through the chat portal and even calling but either have not heard back or have not gotten ANY answers as to why this happened and what I can do do solve it. 

 

If anyone can guide me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
