I had some unauthorised transactions on my paypal account via my credit card I contacted my hank and PayPal and cancled my credit card now PayPal want me to confirm my identity and one step is confirm my card which is canceled what can I do
Apologies for any confusion. You should not have to confirm this card. If you see an alternative like uploading a card statement, please do this. I would suggest completing all other steps and sending an email through the 'Help & Contact' option within your account explaining why you cannot confirm the card. The relevant team should review in full and update you directly.
