Account deactivated

Paypal has deactivated my account and claim that ive breached terms and conditions when all ive done is transfer money from my bank to pay for netflix and xbox store items what can i do to resolve this issue

I did call them up as soon as i found out what happened but the person on the phone literally said she cant do anything to fix it
