Account closure

Hello

 

I recently received an email from PayPal,to advise they were initiating the closure of my account which I have only had open for 10 days.

 

they haven’t said why, I’ve emailed the aup email address that one of their employees gave me over the phone but they have ignored me completely.

 

I made 2 withdrawals to my PayPal account and now I am unable to do so. It’s so frustrating.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? If so were you able to get it resolved.
