Has anyone shared my 1st experience or PayPal pools and had their account suspended when they close the pool and try to withdraw funds? Was raising money for charity in Perú to help buy oxygen cylinders. Decided to close pool early (people are dying there) and then PayPal asked me for proof of ID (I provided same night) only to have an email 6am next morning (automatic?) saying account closed & no access to money x 180 days! PayPal Customer service worse than useful. I am thinking of going to the press an/or FCA. 'PayPal refuses life saving donations' won't read too well. Anyone able to help please?
